I went past about 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately I couldn't stop for a quick punt because I had my boss in the car.
However, I did see there was a builder's hoarding out the front, so it looks like they are rebuilding. I have no idea if it will re-open as a brothel, or even when it will open, but fingers are crossed.
This was the first place that I was planning on visiting for my first punt
I started reaseaching asian parlours towards the end of 2009 and bookmaked a couple of sites but never actually read the reviews until mid 2010 after reading a couple of reviews I came across this parlour so I deceded to research top on tope a little deeper and came across some motivating positive reviews
After I read a few reviews from different sites regarding this parlour I decided to pay this place a visit but found out september there was an accident... dame hell... So I did a bit of research and discovered that there was another parlor just next door with was 39 tope and thats where I had my first punt experiance back in september last year 2010

This place is currently closed due to a fire last year. No sign of renovations or reopening so far.
I have now been punting at Top on Tope for a while. In my opinion this is the best place in Melbourne. The girls there are absolutely stunning.
One of my favorites there is Mint. She is a Korean girl, medium height, about 22 with C cup natural breasts. She is absolutely stunning and has a beautiful face, at least 9.5
She is also very friendly and gives a great service including kissing and the girlfriend experience thing. When I was with her I felt as if she was my girlfriend.
I have been with her about 6 or 7 times and she has given the best service each time.
Of course everyone needs variety and I have stayed with other girls at the Top on Tope since then so that now she doesn’t come out for the introductions any more. I think she has the shits with me. So not only does she do the girlfriend experience... She does the wife experience too...

This has got to be Melbourne's best kept secret. It is an all-Asian establishment. The rooms are small, dark and dingy, but the selection of girls is fantastic. When the girls are presented in front of you it is definitely worth it.
Girls are mostly Korean, some are Japanese and some are Chinese. All the girls are at least a seven or an eight with quite a few nines and the occasional stunning ten.
Service is generally very good with bbbj being the norm. If you turn up during the day, you will have a selection of about 12 to 15 girls, which you will not have during the evenings as it gets very busy then.
